These classes are for children eighteen months to two years old and two years to three years old. We emphasize the development of self control and sharing and encourage children to become problem solvers. Children learn to socialize with other children, communicate needs through language, and develop independence. The children in this class learn through play, manipulative materials, books and music. We are a Lutheran school so we also incorporate Bible lessons, music about Jesus, and chapel times with the preschool classes.

Age Requirements:
We have two different age group classes in KDO:
1. Children can begin class when they turn 18 months old and must be 18 months old by August 1.
Child/Teacher Ratio: 4/1
Days & Hours:
1.This class meets from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Children may also stay for lunch and a 2 hour nap; pick up would be at 3:00 p.m.
Students in this class may enroll for any days or combination of days during the week (Monday through Friday)!
**Extended day (before and after care) is available for children in this class.**
2. Children attend this class if they are already 2 years old by August 1, however being potty trained is not a requirement.

This Class meets from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. These children may also stay for lunch and a 2 hour nap; pick up would be at 3 p.m.
You may choose to enroll in this class for any combination of days, Monday through Friday.
**Extended day (before and after care) is available for children in this class.**
Extended day:
Lord of Life Lutheran Preschool opens for drop off at 7:45 a.m. Additionally, children are welcome to stay past 12:00 p.m. The school closes at 5:00 p.m. Any time children are at school before 9:00 a.m. or after 12:00 p.m. is billed at $8/hour.

Registration Fee:
$90 is the fee for returning students; $120 is the fee for new students (this fee includes a tote bag and a t-shirt). Registration fees are non refundable. May tuition is also due at time of registration; it is refundable before August 1.
Monthly Tuition: (for the 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. class time)
2022-2023 for Class One:
Tuition is:
$280/month for two days a week
$420/month for three days a week
$555/month for 4 days a week
$670/month for 5 days a week
**Time outside of this is billed at $8/hr.**
2022-2023 for Class Two - (must be two by August 1st)
Tuition is:
Two days/week –- $260/month
Three days/week –-$390/month
Four days/week -- $545/month
Five days/week -- $670/month
Activities:
Your child's day will include supervised free play time, indoor and outdoor recess, stories, music, arts and crafts, and daily Bible stories. Additionally, every other week the children will attend chapel in our sanctuary. A mid-morning snack is provided each day. And, every child will have their own "special day" (usually around their birthday or 1/2 birthday) to celebrate with their friends.
